Here is the problem with most peoples thinking nowadays. When one mentions Hitler, Saddam etc etc they are mentioning single people who are solely responsible for their actions as leaders of a country. When the USA goes around committing genocide and starting immoral wars who is to take full blame? A parliamentary government is set up to allow no sole person to take responsibility for any action done. So how do you condemn all the things the USA does wrong on a daily basis? The people of the republic that allow their "free" country to act on their behalf.
