Candid is a great host and I DO recommend them to people on a monthly basis at least. However, they do need better support when you NEED them as opposed to who sent the 'trouble ticket' in first like my last problem was with them like Nysus said.

i don't work for them, and have no affilation with them what so ever, but i trust them more than anyone else in this industry. blah, blah...
