no. the network can be used for whatever content you have. Either RSS fed from sponsor feeds/blog feeds or manually updated.

To update 100 blogs EVERY day with handwritten posts 100% unique to that blog would be extremely time consuming and expensive to the point of it not being worth the cost. Each post would run $3-$4. Do the math on that...
