Quiet, what I meant was that yes they are 'great' overall... but when it comes to tech issues that need to be resolved immediately, and not 12 hours from now, they are horrible. I only get about 2 of these a year, so I'm not trying to dwell on them.
Candid is a great host and I DO recommend them to people on a monthly basis at least. However, they do need better support when you NEED them as opposed to who sent the 'trouble ticket' in first like my last problem was with them like Nysus said.
