Simply read everything there is out there on adult webmastering, deal with niches you understand and can appreciate, forget what everyone else tells you 'works' or 'is good', find something that works and then try and make it permanent OR work consistently to feed it, read the posts of people you know are making big $$ and are established, don't beleive the hype, protect your golden nuggets of information yet assist others in achieving their goals, build relationships, be organized, set goals, see things thru to the end, and then constantly stay on toop of the business in general and of course your own revenue streams to protect/main/build for the future to stay alive in this ever changing fast paced biz.
