I haven't see it, but if it is like the one youtube is putting in, it won't do much (in a test, the you tube one caught 18 files total).
If the file is anyway encoded (IE, take the ISO, zip it, encode it with a key, and put a little text file with it with the key) the software won't find it, unless they are way more talented then they let on.
Nothing will change in the torrent world until they accept the idea of publishing file that ONLY come with express permission of the owners.
