Technically though it would go as follows.
Emergency vehicle
Pedestrian
Then whichever vehicle comes to a stop at the edge of the intersection first, taking turns in the order you got there, however if two or more get there at the same time you are supposed to go in a clockwise order with the person to your right going first.
Just please do not ask what happens when all four get to the intersection at the same time. Technically it is not covered so alas I would divert the right away to the car that is most likely uninsured.
And I am assuming there are no train track crossings, or school buses stoped with red lights flashing.
