Why are people taking so great offense to this? This is no different than all of the Arab people in Denmark scoring roughly 20 points lower on the draft tests for the military than a native Danish guy and if you consider the fact that for the past 60 years the Western world has been spitting huge amounts into Africa and the only thing we got to show for that is a handful funded civil wars indirectly or directly and a couple 1000s of school, mostly financed through private organizations though, then I think you have your answers right there. I dare anybody to mention me 1 African country which has a fully working social system that consists of the following; working health care, working educational system and a working economy. Now we can all come up with excuses as to why this is, but I think we all know the answer to this, African people is still living the rural prehistoric life fighting each other in tribes.

So do I think white people are smarter than our black counterparts though we all come from the same forefathers? Yes, I do, why? Because I believe in evolution and in the past few 100 years where the white man has been schooling itself and educating itself, the black man has been fighting itself and or been used for slavery etc.
