I have a multi niche "free site", receiving over 60,000 google hits a day.
All together its a 100,000+ hits a day "free site".
OK I'm sorry about the title of this thread, I'm "just considering" to sell it, and wanted to make your attention. To give me an price idea!

The site is elite SEO (Professionally) optimized, 1-5 positions on google for major porn words. The SEO its so secret, that I would not tell you a word about it if you gave me $10,000 right here right now. The SEO is bullet proof that I'm willing to give you a multi year guarantee if you don't brake my SEO advice. The only way my site could disappear from top 5 google position is if google would dramatically change their script, which is not possible, since that would cause a chaos among top rated websites (ELITE SEO opinion)

Of course I would not sell you this without detailed information, I would prove to you the SEO technique that guaranties the placement of my site for many year to come, you would be amazed after our talk and results.

Ok the most important question for me here is, how would I sell this? Any suggestions so that I don't get cheated? And what do you think my site is worth. And believe me, like NASA is in space I'm equal in SEO!!
