In it James Watson, who won the noble prize as part of the team that unraveled human DNA, has claimed that whites (Westerners) are genetically more intelligent than blacks (Africans). His claim is based on the idea that there is no reason to believe two groups of people that are geographically isolated from each other would evolve identically.
He is taking a lot of heat for his ideas, but says that there will be genetic proof of this in the next 10 years.
