no you silly fucking twit... he's saying, like any other human being, you use a professional sounding name on your resume LIKE anyone that is looking for a job does. ... and if you don't do that YOU WON'T and shouldn't have an interview.
it used to be basic common sense stuff... but this society is getting sooo fucking dumbed down from continually catering to the lowest common denominator to make things fair, make sure its not going to be offensive or possibly considered racist or hurt someones feelings.
