Ok, I'm asking because I'm interested in what kinds of non-regulated social systems will emerge in such an environment.
From what I read, there is a lot of chaos at the start. Experienced players can entice novices to move in with them, take their cash and then evict them. Roommates can redesign the house when their other roommates are not online - maybe to their dismay.
Will informal government-like systems emerge or will regulations only appear top-down?
