I agree the guy makes the scene 95% of the time. There some good guys out there, I recently used Jack Vegas and he really made the scene work.

There aren't to many Rocco's out there and as said before, the ones that do it right get snagged up quick.

Steve Holmes, Manuel Ferrera, Brandon Iron pretty much all the guys from the Red Light/Platinum X stable are good performers. Julian comes from that stable too, and I know that he was in a TON of TCG sites.
