How fucking ironic is this? Minusonebit uses 300 webmaster passwords as blog content and simply says "that won't do any harm" and then i read this on his website:

Legal Actions:

I like to hold companies accountable for their unlawful actions when their actions cause me and/or the general public to suffer, especially when it comes to privacy and fraud. This page is dedicated to some of the legal actions that I have filed and some of the successes I have had.
Kimmel v Ulrey Foods d/b/a Flyers Pizza:

This action was commenced on February 15, 2005 and sought a declaratory judgment under Ohio Revised Code 1349.18 et seq. to have the act of printing more than the last five digits of a credit card account number and/or printing the expiration date on a receipt given to a customer to be a violation of the The Ohio Consumer Sales Protection Act (OCSPA). This precedent setting case allows consumers statewide to bring a suit against any company who prints such receipts. This is on file at Ohio Attorney General's Office in the Public Inspection file. PIF #2342.
