I read most of this thread and here's the simple way to deal with this.
First, understand that spammers are spammers. I have an email address that only a couple of people know about and I still get spam to it. Spammers will send out blanket spams in hopes of finding any real email addresses they can.
By replying to the unsubscribe list all you have done is confirm that this is an actual live email address. Chances are they have now sold that email address to other people so the spamming has just begun.
You have two real choices here.
1. set up all the filters in the email program you are using to filter out anything even remotly adult related. this should take care of any problem you have
2. call you isp, explain what happened and get her a new email address. Don't give it out to anyone who's not a family friend. Many buisnesses will sell emails to companies who then sell them to other companies and so on. The gap may have sold thier list to someone else who then sold it 5 companies and in ends up in the hands of a spammer sending adult material. I have ICQ and nothing in the ICQ info makes any reference to where I live or what I do for a living. All it is is my nickname and that's it. And yet I still get adult spam ICQ'd to me.

3. calm down. I know you are upset but you need to understand that most of the people that make adult sites are normal people you meet everyday. With the #'s growing chances are you know someone that runs some adult sites on the side and you just don't know it. Many of them are people with kids and many of them are good, normal people. You aren't going to shut down the web, nobody is going to go to jail and a hit squad isn't going to kick this guys door in and eliminate him while he sleeps. Spammers are a very small # of people with large technical abilities. the best way to deal with them is to just use the tools at hand. Read the help files to lock down you system so you kid can't get to any adult sites and adult material can't get to your kid and problem is solved.
