Getting out from your every day norm is the main key. I just took a 6 week bootcamp just to get me to workout, it works. We are glued to these computers and sometimes you just have to get out and get some fresh air.
Do something you haven't done, go camping, fishing, turn off your computer for a day, it's really hard but it works. Hang in there, it's tough but you will overcome it.
