no, he's not an illegal immigrant. he didn't cross the border 3 days ago looking for work, leeching off the system when and where he can, sending his kids to school that tax dollars of others pay for etc.
there is a difference between LEGAL and ILLEGAL immigration. the people he is talking about are not legal immigrants. the ONLY people that continually fail to make the distinction between the two is mexicans.
