Hey guys, looks it's been awhile for this thread but I've found a place where you can report scammers and Warren Davis and April Whitehurst have been reported here also.
I was reminded of this when the FBI raided someone for doing an onlien auction fraud they were arrested and actually imprisoned. I checked the guidelines and this scam that this guy did does fit the bill.
