Good luck with the emails. About two weeks after you sent the first one, you'll start getting a response a day, probably a macro. They don't even *look* at incoming email until it gets to the top of the two week backlog queue. And, when they do look at it, they don't check the queue for any of the other emails you may have sent. Each of them is answered -- badly -- in the order sent.
