No, you miss the point. It isn't to make her a granny (she isn't a granny either). She is just "mature". She is 42 or so (according to IMDB) but she doesn't have that look of "still going to pop out kids".
She's just mature. That isn't a bad thing, and she can be happily mature for the next 20 years without a blink.
