witnesses reported the two cars were ?jockeying for position? traveling between 50 and 90 miles per hour on Sherman Way, between Balboa Blvd. and Louise Ave. at 3:12 p.m. Tuesday.

?They were cutting each other off,? Marbrey said. ?At one point further down the roadway, the red Camaro slammed on his brakes and the black Nissan barely missed colliding with him.

?Further down the road, here at Amestoy (Ave.), the red Camaro [Barnes' vehicle] applied the brakes hard, the black Nissan {Ayon's vehicle] attempted to avoid a collision and swerved to the right, and collided with a silver Daewoo.?

The Daewoo subsequently slammed into the family, pinning them against another car.
Sounds like they were both equally at fault. They should both get wreckless driving and maybe vehicular manslaughter, but from the sounds of things, BOTH drivers should be charged.

People shouldn't drive like assholes, period. But people who drive like assholes with kids in the car are the worst
