They've been sued many times since and always settle, once for 1.5m.. there is a current lawsuit I found after about 30 seconds research where someone is looking to get 100k out of them. They've been sued many times, apparently ALWAYS lost, but the plaintiff always takes the money and runs. Zango is/was making 20m/yr. They can afford to settle.
