Brad, I think that is something many people can agree to. I think you can also agree that if you saw a post on here "Oh my god all of Mojohost is down" you won't post back "I can't look into the problem until you email me about it". I know this isn't your support board, but I also know you are smarter than to play dumb on an issue like this.
