We always want to keep the darkies down: Fact.

We have social programs because we hate the poor and minority groups: Fact.

Just because 1/10 black guys come out of the projects and become huge business successes and you hang out with some of them and discuss caviar, means that anyone who says the other 9 walk funny on the street and act gangster - are racist: Fact.
