The product and how it converts / sells is always key. But more than graphics I think there are several factors that contribute to a good affiliate program.
I think having a good webmaster interface is more important than the babe or the car on the front page. Things I look for are is it easy to navigate- can I get to my stats? Do I understand my stats? Is it easy to use- can I find the tools I need? Is the code copy / paste, ready to go? Just my
