Exactly. Like say you're an average joe looking to invest 10k into a stock, at google's opening price you'd only be able to pick up a little more than 100 shares. At current levels you're only picking up roughly 15 shares, vs if you went with a $3 stock you're looking at picking up 3300+.
Obviously google skyrocketed, and not picking it up at opening was a bad call, just my
