The only way to appreciate this is to walk in a persons shoes who deals with the problems, you don't have that experience of course.
To experience it first hand put yourself in the mindset of someone who spends their hard earned cash and valuable time setting up a site and then spends more time marketing it and feeding with more content.
Then see how you feel about when your content gets shared on a torrent or other form of sharing site and consider how much better your bottom line would be if they didn't exist.
Of course you could always try an experiment yourself.....take a percentage of the income you earn each month from the dating and cam sites that don't suffer from content redistribution and give it away to random strangers every month - thats pretty much how it feels.
