So I took my boyfriend for his first bowl of Pho last night. We went to an out of the way / real traditional vietnamese joint. The soup was great, but when you go traditional you get traditional ingrediants... he was a little suprised with the tripe under the noodles

So who here is all about the pho? Thought I would share some signs- I'm sure some are shopped, but still funny:
