This website is the major project I have been working on for the last six months. It generates over $30,000 in profit. Well, as the story goes, after wasting away my funds on medical bills, and a new born baby (no insurance here). I have been left with no money to invest in my site. When the site was running I was spending 10k per month in ppc.

I was thinking about

1. selling the site, with all ppc campaign info.

2. Having a good old raffle style contest for ownership of the site.

3. Look for investors that would spend a little to get it going again and receive a percentage of the sales for a while.

4???

Give me some of your ideas, The site receives all of its traffic from a well organized and precise ppc campaign, so it will not die in theory, but I dont want all of this knowledge to go to waste, let alone for me to be stuck in a rut, when I have this information that makes a ton.
