It's not just the black people either, I'm not black, I'm Latino. Everyone out here does it. Even the occasional white boy you might come across. Every time I go out of town some dick head has something to say about it like "oh you think you hard? Stop walking like you from the ghetto"... LOL, I am from the hood. But it's not only ghetto people who walk like that, even wiggers in the burbs do it.
