you are counting rebills from previous years to get $$/sale, so really you make more like $45/sale....
then when you consider additional risk you take on (program going under, processor going under, some new laws, etc) and also "time value of money"... really PPS and revshare are about equivalent...

I've been promoting them for several years, that doesn't make my $$ for this year any lower.
I've made more per sale this year than last year, but I credit that to changes made to the members areas and more sites added to the network. (However my $ per signup last year was WELL over $35)
What you discount when you say revshare and PPS are the same is that if I stopped sending traffic today I would still get big checks for many months to come, if I stop sending traffic to a PPS then the money stops too.
