Yep it ranks up there as one of the great cities. Paris, Milan, New York, London.........Cleveland. hahahahahahahahahah
Seriously, Cleveland is one of the dirtiest cities I have ever been to. The only thing that came close, was some cities in East Germany right after the wall came down.
