You know, it's odd. I had a heckuva time with nats in the beginning as well. Trying to get sales support, or any pre-sales support.
Since I've been an affiliate for years, I know and trust NATS. So nothing else would do for my own program. I persisted with TMM to get NATS/Carma setup. Now that my foot is in the door, their support is impeccable. Open a ticket in their support area (only possible after you become a customer) and the response times are great.
I had a buddy who went or rather tried to go with MPA3. The car salesmen were all over him in the beginning, got him in the door, and support died shortly there after. 9 months of trying to get what he wanted out of MPA, he switched over to NATS and got up and running with in 45 days.
Of course, those are only two cases I can give you. Maybe other people have had great experiences with MPA3.
As an affiliate though, I personally avoid mpa3 programs unless its a product that i know I'm going to make a killing at. I just don't like their default layout in the affiliate areas that most programs end up using, and i find their tools cumbersome.
