Here's a little tip if you have really "cheap 404 page" traffic. Try using multiple, short 1 or 2 word text links (with a very brief overall description/instructions" on how to sign up to the mags and get access). A few graphic links do not hurt at all so possibly try putting your best performing mag sites as graphic links in the middle of the page. Basically though, the idea is to get the surfer to click on one of your mag links and let them do the rest for you
This means keeping the page loading fast and uncluttered. (again, this is cheap 404 traffic I'm talking about)
As stated before.. it's easy money and the only real work is geting the surfers there to begin with imho
