Get a doggy kennel big enough that your dog can stand up and turn in it. Teach your doggy to go in it at various times during the day then reward her when she does. Do not force her or make her afraid of it though! Put her doggy bed in it and leave the kennel door open. Eventually she will go in and out by herself. Once she is used to it, place it in your bedroom and when it is bedtime, have her go in it and close the door. That is what we do with our Puggle and he knows now when it is bedtime that he needs to "kennel up".
