Empty rhetoric, until such time as they actually put up the wins needed. Over the past couple of years they sunk lower and lower until they were basically the joke team of the league. This year is showing a ray of light for them, but I'm not so quick to jump right in with the cheering section just yet. (I've come to find that Raider nation fans are some of the WORST for taking the least little ray of hopw and making it out to indicate an impending superbowl victory) :D
Upon looking at their schedule, let's see... they lost to Detroit and to Denver. They beat two relatively weak teams in Cleveland and Miam, so the real test is yet to come. The rest of their schedule looks fairly cushy aside from a few games in December. If they can put up enough wins between now and then they'll be doing well.
If I were a Raider fan I would take it one week at a time. If they look good against SD next week and destroy them I'll come back here and post something more positive about them.
