Do the math:

17 * 1.4 = 23.80 55-23.80 = 31.20us = 22 euros

89 * 1.4 = 124.60 154-124.60 = 29.40us = 21 euros.

Now, I am using round numbers, but in both cases, I see a "fee" of about 21 or 22 euros to make the withdrawl. You might want to check which ATM machines you are using, you might be getting hosed right there.
