Indeed, i have promised that guy to get those banners done last week but when i got home on Tuesday i found out i had a high temperature which forced me to stay at home for 5 days. I had a tonsillitis. I feel much better now, but still not fully recovered, but i have decided to come to the office today since i can't afford being sick for that long.
Daniel has let you know that i was sick and wasn't able to get the work done. And he offered you today either to wait one more day and get your work done or get a refund. You have chosen a refund and he told you at once we will make it, no problem.

We have delayed the work indeed, but this happens will all design companies, and basically all companies have some little screw ups from time to time. That is normal.
You told you had paid us in full, but that is not truth, you sent the up-front of (behold
