They do.
I mean... /cough... not for sperm out of the ass... well, maybe for sperm out of the ass... I mean, I'd assume that they do...
point is I wouldn't know if they work well for sperm out of the ass.
But they work well for sperm in other places, and for cleaning other substances that come out of one's ass.
