Ok, sorry the questions was that kinda.

Well, you can use the laptops anywhere in the world .. if its charger requires 110v AC as input, you either can get a different adapter or simply a 220-110v converter.

I don't know of any other thing which can create problem for ya. May be language of BIOS? lol .. but if its not getting shipped from japan, i guess it will be in English.
