catalin - what you said is fair enough - the only thing I disagree on is that you're saying " 'a' sponsor that does them". As you can see - every sponsor does it, because it's simply what they 'have' to do in order to comply with the billing company.

Here's what I suggest - disguise your email & username and write to each of your sponsors and ask them the question: "If your processor advises you that a webmaster/affiliate has been flagged for fraudulent transactions, would you shutdown the account?"

I assure you that they all will answer yes.

Can the processor make a mistake? Yes.
Can it be a fluke that this fraud happens on your account (and you had nothing to do with it)? Yes, this is also a possibility.

The fact remains though - that the sponsor neither has the info on the fraud nor is it in their best interest to keep the account open.
