On the most basic level, I'm trying to give away a free couch. Two people have said they'd come get it. One guy emailed five times and called three more times to say he'd be here. It's five hours past when he said he'd be here, no call, no email, nothing.

And it goes up to bigger issues from there - but it all comes down to communication. If you can't make it - let me know!!! Simple as that!!!
