The program can't do a thing, the biller blocks your id. Even if topbucks wanted to take sales from your account they can't and any transactions in that account get refunded to prevent chargebacks. Got it. BUT if so and if you are a respectable sponsor why don't you give up such processors for some that don't do that to your webmasters. That was my point in all this
