I owned a photography studio when I lived in LA and I'd say 90% of the models looked like night and day from when they walked in to when we did their makeup professionally and did their shoot.

There are lots of pics on the Net of the biggest supermodels without makeup on and you can't even recognize them.

Without makeup its very hard to look glamorous.
