If you saw me pull up in my hooptie and sell a 20 rock to the prostitute across the street are you going to call the cops on me or simply accept that fact that if I don't sell it to her, somebody else will and if she don't buy it off me, somebody else will - or you gonna shrug it off and continue on with your life?

BTW: If you see who shot and killed your neighbor it's ok to tell.
