We have shoved billions of dollars into building education, healthcare and a steady economy in those countries for over 50 years and they still breed like rabbits while they have no crust to nibble or a pot to piss in.
What happened today was a tragic accident, which is not to be compared to the stupidity of people who make children they can?t feed.
