Ussually when I see those trays I am reminded of the sushi at the grocery story sitting in the deli section for gawd knows how long.
If it is delivery then that is different. Here they pack it into sterofom and the ginger/wasbi is just plopped in there next to the little green grass gates or lemon slices and the soy comes in another bag.
