If you cannot read GFY rules... then I would have to say you are in the wrong business... So then if you are hosting the images then just get a smaller image(s) and call it the same file name(s) as your larger banner(s) and replace your larger banners with smaller ones... this should be simple for you to understand... if you need help or if you are a bit slow... I will type slower for you...
