Sure the U.S. south has racial problems. Which country on this planet with a diverse racial makeup doesn't. Some utopian country I've never heard of in Africa maybe or how about one of those tolerant countries in the Middle East. Maybe somewhere in South America. Brazil is racially diverse; would you say they are a less racist society then the southern U.S.A.? How about somewhere in Asia?
