there's alot of truth to what you say, but I can't agree with the groups of protesters claiming these 6 young men should be free just because another group whom also belongs in jail for their crimes were not charged.
The only incident outside of this one I can make an excuse for is the one involving the shotgun. It is not illegal in the state of Louisiana to draw a firearm in self defense. (while the stories of the man with shotgun & the group of men differ, what I read was that police based charges on eye witness accounts that stated that the men ran up to the man with shotgun in an offensive manner at which point he pulled gun out of vehicle.. which is legal, hence no charges)
